Hello!

Welcome to the bMobile Tutorial Video Series.

In this video, we will go over the Product Guide feature which depending on where you are in the desktop app can also be called “Customer Guide”.

Product Guides are great for when you have customers ordering the same items from you on a regular basis. You can set the items and the amounts into a list and pull that list when adding a presale or invoice by clicking on the “Fill from Guide” button.

Step by Step

To set up a customer guide, navigate to the customer list and select the customer you would like to add a guide for.

Double click a customer record press edit from the navigation bar.

Select the “Product Guide” tab.

You can add an item one at a time by select the first blank field and by entering or looking up the item number.

You can also add several items at once by selecting the “add multiple button”.

You can choose the items by clicking on them while hold down the Control or CTRL key, or you can shift click groups.

After you have selected the items you would like to add to the list, press on “Select”.

Next, select the “Add Kit” button and choose from an existing Product Kit, or create a new one.

Some additional options are:

Include on Invoice – Choose this option if using Fill From Product Guide or to prefill android invoice screens with 0 QTY

Include on Survey – Check if using Count/ Fill, Survey, Count or forecasting.

When you are done, make sure to Press “Save”.
