Welcome to the bMobile Tutorial Video Series.
Our hope is to get you up and running with bMobile as soon as possible. To make this happen, we have created this series of tutorial videos that will walk you through every step of the process.
In addition, you will have a dedicated consultant that will help you with your specific setup, with importing your data into bMobile, as well as any questions you might have along the way.
Here is a quick overview of what we will be covering in these videos and a rough timeline from now to “go time”. There are 3 phases to this process:
Phase 1 starts with your bMobile Consultant importing the pertinent information from your accounting software (Quickbooks or Sage, etc.) into the bMobile Route Manager Database. The main information we will need is your customer information, your inventory list, as well as other company information.
After this information has been imported into bMobile, there are several aspects of your business that your accounting software does not track that will need to be inputted manually. These include: Route Information, pricing information, if or how many warehouses you have, how many delivery trucks/vehicles you have, as well as order and presale information.
We also have something called Product Guides that are like templates for your invoices so that you don’t have to re-input the same information over and over again for your recurring orders/sales. You can auto-fill a list of products that your customer usually purchases on a regular basis. So if Joe’s Snack Shed orders 10 cases of cola and 3 cases of chips from you every Monday, you can have this information preset in an invoice every Monday! Also, it is very easy to edit it if they choose to order more or less of something.
Lastly, you are also easily able to input customer and inventory information into bMobile and it will update your accounting software.
After this initial setup phase, you will take some time to learn what the bMobile Route Manager software looks like and how it works through the tutorial videos. We’ll go through where the different aspects of your delivery process are within the software, and we will also show you have you can easily customize the software to fit your needs and preferences.
Next, we will go through the daily processes and workflows for both the office side of things as well as the driver’s side of things. We’ll go through “Start of Day” and “End of Day” processes.
After we have gone through these tutorials, your consultant will assign you some additional tutorial videos that will be pertinent to your specific company and workflow – this could be advanced pricing options, different export and reporting features, as well as add-ins that we offer and could easily implement into your software to help you create an even more efficient and profitable workflow system.
After you have completed these videos and have met remotely with your consultant, you will receive a bMobile Certification letting you know that the implementation process is complete and that you are ready to go live!
