1. Select Route Maintenance
2. Select Truck Inspection
3. Create new or choose an existing record by double click or edit
4. Enter a number for the question
5. Enter the question for the device
6. Choose a display order or leave as 0
7. Choose whether to prompt for the question during start or end of day
8. Press save when complete
