SETTING UP YOR ROUTES ON BMOBILE
ROUTE MANAGER

bMobile Route Training Center

1. Select route maintenance menu
2. Select route setup
3. Select either new or double click
4. Fill in the route number (Must be unique and not exeeds 4 digits)
5. Set the route type field e.g. sales or delivery
6. Set the invoice, presale, payment and quote fields to 6 or 7 0's (this will be the invoice sequence the route uses. Invoices will append the route number as part of the invoice number when a handhled creates the order e.g. 0001-000100)
7. Set the "Route Stops" tab
8. Add the customer that the route will service to the list (for scheduling, either the check boxex or the scheduled stop tab. Most users use the scheduled stops as it allows unique stop orders to be assigned by day. If no stop sequence is required and stops occur weekly, the check box on the route stops can be used. All other stops should be assigned to scheduled)
If Using Route Stops
1. Enter the customer one by one or using add multiple
2. Place check box on the day of week of the customer will be serviced
If Ussing Scheduled stops
1. Select the scheduled stops tabs
2. Select add stop from the left
3. Fill in the customer number
4. Select the date to start the appointment
5. For reoccurring, select the box with 2 arrows
6. Fill in the start date if different – otherwise, leave dates alone (Ending date when left unchecked will continue indefinitely)
7. Set the number of days for how often the stop should occur (If the stop occurs more than 1 time during the same week, create additional appointments)
8. Save the open window
9. Set the stop order as needed
10. Save the window
11. Stops should fill the calendar
12. Save the route once stops are assigned
